What is the (BOPIS) Buy Online Pickup In-Store ?

With the Click & Collect service you have the chance to purchase your desired products online and conveniently collect them from your nearest store.

This gives you two benefits:

  • firstly, you can enjoy the advantages of online shopping and comfortably shop from anywhere you are.
  • Secondly, you have the flexibility to collect your order at any time during the opening hours of your designated shop and are not bound by the delivery times of the courier service.

How do I place an order using BOPIS ?

To use the BOPIS service

  1. Select In-Store Pickup on the top left corner of the page. OR select any item on the platform.
  2. Browse for items that you want to purchase, select the appropriate size, color and quantity you want, the store in which your item is available is displayed for you, next select the day and time you want to visit the store to collect your item.
  3. As soon as all your desired products are in the shopping cart, you can pay and complete the order process by clicking on the “Proceed to checkout” button.
  4. You will receive order confirmation sms / email on your registered mobile number or email id so that you can go collect your items from the store.

How can I pay for my Buy Online Pickup In-Store(BOPIS) order?

The choice is yours. We accept various payment methods online including PayPal, credit and debit cards (Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard). You can also pay in cash or by card in-store at the time of collection.

Can I pay in cash or card when collecting my order in Store?

We recommend that you pay directly through Yibto.com to secure your order and find an effortless experience. However, you can pay in cash or card while collecting your order in store.

How long will my order be kept in the shop?

Your order will be held at the store for 2 days.
If you've given us your mobile number, we'll send you a text message alert once your order is ready in store and is ready for collection. If you haven't opted in for a text message alert, don't worry, we'll also send you an email to let you know.
We'll then send you a text message alert and/or email reminder the same day you have placed the order in store and a final email after 2 days.

What if I do not collect my order within 2 days?

That's fine, we just ask that you give your chosen store a quick call to let them know so they can arrange another convenient time.
If you do not collect your order within the 2- days and don't make contact with us, your order will be cancelled.

How do I collect my order?

  1. Once you place your order, you will be notified by email and SMS when it is ready for collection.
  2. All products will be held in the store for 48 hours, from the time of notification.
  3. When you visit the store to collect your products, please bring a copy of your order confirmation details with you, either printed or electronic.
  4. You will also need to provide a form of identification,if the order are in bulk or larger amount, so that we can ensure we are releasing the order to the right person.

Can I change my store once I have placed my order?

The item that you have selected for purchase is available only in that particular store. However, if the store has more than one branch, we will facilitate a pickup from your desired store location.

Where do I collect my order in store?

Each store has a clearly marked and dedicated collection point, our staff will be happy to help you find your way. Furthermore, you can always walk to any counter at the selected stores to collect your purchase.

Are all of your products available for Buy Online Pickup In-Store ?

Yes, all of our products are available for In-store pickup.
You will still be able to order the product for home delivery if you face any inconvenience in visiting the store.

Can I nominate or send someone to collect my BOPIS order?

Of course, you can.
If you will not be collecting your reservation personally, please provide written confirmation (including reservation reference number and a copy of your photo ID) to the person who will collect your Click & Collect reservation on your behalf.

Can I cancel the BOPIS order?

Yes, you can. Once a BOPIS order has been placed, you can cancel it up until it is collected. To cancel your order, please email on care@yibto.com.
A cancellation will result in a refund via your original payment method- You can also choose to keep your refunded amount in your Yibto account for future purchases.

How do I return my BOPIS order?

  • If upon collecting your reservation, you are not completely happy with your products, you can simply leave them in the store without paying for them.
  • If you have taken your purchase home, please return it to the same store and our in-store team will be able to process an exchange or a refund for you.
  • Please be sure to bring with a proof of purchase, such as receipt.
  • For return conditions on In-store pickup purchases, please check the conditions of the particular store where you purchased the item from.
