RETURNS


a. Return and exchange policy only lasts up to 14 days. The product purchased can be returned WITHIN 14 days upon receipt of the order.
b. The user must inform Yibto.com via care@yibto.com or by calling +971 50 8703026 with the details of the items he wishes to return along with the order number.
c. Yibto.com will schedule an appropriate timing with the store, the user should return the item to the store with the given reference token.


PAID AT STORE:

Upon returning, Yibto Credits will be automatically be credited to the user’s profile within 3-4 working days. The user could follow up Yibto with his reference token.

PAID ONLINE

Upon returning, Yibto will reverse the transaction to your Credit/Debit card. This process may take 5-8 working days. Please contact your authorized bank to inform about the transaction. The user could follow up Yibto with his reference token.

EXCHANGE

a. Return and exchange policy only lasts up to 14 days. The product purchased can be returned WITHIN 14 days upon receipt of the order.

b. The user must inform Yibto.com via care@yibto.com or by calling +971 50 8703026 with the details of the items he wishes to exchange, the user will be sent a reference token.

c. The user can place the order on Yibto with the same store. Kindly note the user’s exchange should be equal or more than the amount he ordered previously.

d. The user can visit the store with the item, kindly provide the reference token. Upon accepting the user can collect the item he ordered on Yibto. Adjustments to be paid to the store directly.

T&C:


a. The item can only be returned:
-In its original state, untampered & not exposed to fire
-If the item retains its price tag & packaging.
b. The final authority to Exchange/Return lies in the hands of the authorized store. Some items cannot be exchanged/returned.


Refund policy:

Yibto.com has a refund policy that requires your attention.

For online payment by Credit/Debit cards, a refund can be processed within 14 days of the date of purchase. Kindly note that for the refund to be approved the items will pass quality control by the store.  However, the same is not applicable if the item was purchased using the (pay at store) option. In cash payment cases customers will receive either Vouchers or points will be added on their Yibto account.

Please note that Refunds can only be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.

For instance, if customer purchases jacket worth AED 299  from Yibto.com through online payment methods (credit/debit card) and request a refund within 14 days, then AED 299 will be credited back to the customer's bank account if cleared. On the other hand, if the customer buys the same jacket for AED 299 and decides to pay in cash using the Pay In Store option, they will not be refunded in cash in the case of return but will receive vouchers or points added to their Yibto account.
