When you place an Order with us, then subject to your rights to cancel or return the items, you commit to buy the items described in that Order, at the price indicated including any fees, taxes and duties where applicable. Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold in our sole discretion including for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, restrictions and stock availability.
 
Merchandise that is purchased and not available will indicate inventory shortage unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that. In rare cases, a product may be available when you place an Order but sold out by the time we process the Order. Should this happen, we will notify you.
 
Receipt of your Order will be acknowledged by email. However, the Order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us confirming the item(s) is ready to collect at the store or dispatch of the relevant item(s). No party other than us has the authority to confirm acceptance of the Order.

Yibto.com currently accept the following payment methods for Orders placed on our Website: online (Credit/ Debit card), Pay at store.
 
Payment made Online will be taken at the time you place your Order. By entering payment details onto our Website, you warrant that you are duly authorized to pay using those details. We reserve the right to decline orders without liability to you where we believe payments are not authorized, the payment method is not valid or where we do not think you are authorized to use the relevant payment type.
 
Payment made in store will be taken in store after you have collected your item. By making payments in store, you warrant that you are duly authorized for making the payments according to the stores' policies.

Prices on the Website are displayed in AED and exclude any services you may elect to pair the purchase with, delivery costs, taxes or duties to which the purchase may be subject. Any such additional costs will be displayed before your final check out. Although we make every effort to ensure prices displayed on our Website and in our communications are correct, errors may occur. If an error occurs and your order has already been processed, then we will contact you to solve the issue.

Orders can only be placed in stores located only in Dubai. The order collection methods are set out below. However, we constantly strive to improve customer experience and may introduce additional delivery methods across our shopping channel. Please check back frequently to see if more options have become available.

1. Once you place your order, you will be notified by email and SMS when it is ready for collection.
2. All products will be held in the store for 48 hours, from the time of notification.
3. When you visit the store to collect your products, please bring a copy of your order confirmation details with you, either printed or electronic.
4. You will also need to provide a form of identification so that we can ensure we are releasing the order to the right person.

1. Valid Emirates ID.
2. Valid driver's license or passport featuring a current photograph.

For Click & Collect orders you must collect your order no later than 2 days after receiving your 'Order Ready for Collection' update email. We will hold your uncollected parcel for 2 days. After the given 48 hours you will be charged for late collection fees, if you want to extend your order pick up to a later time pass the 48 hours, Yibto will manage to hold your order for another 24 hours with a fee of 10% of the total order.

On every purchase, the return policy of the store you are buying the product from will show. Yibto has a 14 days returns policy. For return, exchange or cancellation of the order, all have to go through product quality control. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)

2. Visit the store to return the item. (Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Hand over the package to the respective store.)
3. Returned Processed. (Once the store receives your returned item, they will inspect it and the process will be completed.)
4. Exchange or receive Vouchers for future purchases rather than a refund
5. You can have the item(s) exchanged as per your own convenience during stores working hours.

1. Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies, beauty products etc.
2. Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
3. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
4. Anything missing from the package you had received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
5. You can’t return Clearance Items clearly marked as non-returnable and displaying a No-Return Policy.

Federal Laws Governing Complaints

1. If a remedy cannot be agreed between a seller and the consumer, the responsible government body will decide what is reasonable under the circumstances in accordance with the UAE laws
2. If the Consumer Code of Rights is breached, goods must be repaired or replaced as a first instance
3. Seller has to inform the consumer of the duration of repairs and provide a replacement product depending on the type and price of the product and nature of the defect
4. Consumers are entitled to a full refund if the repair or replacement does not meet consumer requirements. The consumer must have:                               i) Returned the good to the seller within a reasonable timeframe
   ii) Taken good care of the product and used it in a way that t it was meant to be used
5. Consumers are entitled to a full refund if the product they bought is an imitation of a trademarked product
6. Consumers should not expect refunds or replacement if they:
     i) Change their mind or find no use for the good
     ii) Find the same good for a cheaper price elsewhere
     iii) Have been notified of defects or faults at the time of purchase (marked as used, or faulty)

7. Service providers cannot be held responsible for poor outcomes if the:
     a. Consumer did not make their expectations clear
     b. Consumer insisted on a service being provided in a particular way but does not like the result
