We aim to make the Website and its associated services available to as many of you as possible. However, we do require that you are at least 18 years of age, able to lawfully: (i) make payment through one of our accepted tender types; (ii) agree to these Terms.Please refer to the Delivery section below. The Website is for your personal or gift use only and commercial usage is not permitted. We reserve the right to decline orders where we suspect commercial usage.
When you place an Order with us, then subject to your rights to cancel or return the items, you commit to buy the items described in that Order, at the price indicated including any fees, taxes and duties where applicable. Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold in our sole discretion including for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, restrictions and stock availability. Merchandise that is purchased and not available will indicate inventory shortage unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that. In rare cases, a product may be available when you place an Order but sold out by the time we process the Order. Should this happen, we will notify you. Receipt of your Order will be acknowledged by email. However, the Order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us confirming the item(s) is ready to collect at the store or dispatch of the relevant item(s). No party other than us has the authority to confirm acceptance of the Order.
Yibto.com currently accept the following payment methods for Orders placed on our Website: online (Credit/ Debit card), Pay at store. Payment made Online will be taken at the time you place your Order. By entering payment details onto our Website, you warrant that you are duly authorized to pay using those details. We reserve the right to decline orders without liability to you where we believe payments are not authorized, the payment method is not valid or where we do not think you are authorized to use the relevant payment type. Payment made in store will be taken in store after you have collected your item. By making payments in store, you warrant that you are duly authorized for making the payments according to the stores' policies.
Prices on the Website are displayed in AED and exclude any services you may elect to pair the purchase with, delivery costs, taxes or duties to which the purchase may be subject. Any such additional costs will be displayed before your final check out. Although we make every effort to ensure prices displayed on our Website and in our communications are correct, errors may occur. If an error occurs and your order has already been processed, then we will contact you to solve the issue.
Orders can only be placed in stores located only in Dubai. The order collection methods are set out below. However, we constantly strive to improve customer experience and may introduce additional delivery methods across our shopping channel. Please check back frequently to see if more options have become available.
For Click & Collect orders you must collect your order no later than 2 days after receiving your 'Order Ready for Collection' update email. We will hold your uncollected parcel for 2 days. After the given 48 hours you will be charged for late collection fees, if you want to extend your order pick up to a later time pass the 48 hours, Yibto will manage to hold your order for another 24 hours with a fee of 10% of the total order.
On every purchase, the return policy of the store you are buying the product from will show. Yibto has a 14 days returns policy. For return, exchange or cancellation of the order, all have to go through product quality control. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)Review seller policies.

You acknowledge and agree that Yibto.com at its sole discretion and without liability may make amendments that are not Substantial Amendments without your further specific agreement at any time with immediate effect by posting a notice of the amendment on the Site.
If any clause of this User Agreement shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such clause shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of this User Agreement. This User Agreement (as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this User Agreement) sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and Yibto.com with respect to the subject matter hereof.No person who is not a party to this User Agreement shall have any right to enforce any term of this User Agreement. If this User Agreement is translated into any language other than English, whether on the Site or otherwise, the English text shall prevail.
This User Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with, federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and all disputes arising hereunder are subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
